Including Nsearch4drum, yep we let him be a kid.

The first annual Pier and Surf kids fishing day was more like the "Kids drag Grass on the beach day". We had a lot of current and grass in Kitty Hawk, but that didn't stop the Jr. anglers from have a good time. We taught a group of kids from 5 to 10 how to cast and what they should do to catch a fish, if there happened to be any fish within 100 miles of us. Al was the big winner with a Bluefish and a Sea Mullet, these were the only fish caught.

Thanks go to Nsearch, the Mayor of Grandview and Spencer (my 6 year old) for all their help.

Glad,yall made it home safely!I had a blast!!!!!Wonderful company,weather,eyecandy,and great to have the kids have a fantastic time.I felt bad for not putting the lil ones on feesh...but think we gave em a lesson...,"that's why they call it feeshin"!

One more tid-bit,which blew my mind...Wilber's lil one,Spencer,is one h3lluva caster!Best 6 year old caster out there...whatch out Wilber...the lil one's got sum potential!

Glad things went good on your side of the water. Too bad they couldn't get any fish on though. My son (3 yrs old) caught his first fish saturday all by himself. It was a 3 inch seabass at the RT 50 bridge. It was a great time.
