electric fillet knives...

i've heard good things about them...fast, easy, efficient, etc... well today i picked up one for my friend as a christmas present. has anyone used them? any problems with cleaning flounder or bigger fish? those teeth don't butcher the meat do they?

if he is you might wanna prepare an apology. they're basically only good for steaking or sawing through bones on a trophy sized fish. for flounder you're better off using a flexible 6in fillet knife. jmho hope this helps.
