This past weekend they had a peice on AI surf fishing for Big Red Drum in Sept. no reds but alot of nice Dusky sharks were caught. Makes me want to and get some Black Drum in the spring,maybe get a party of u-all to go. :D :D

Put it together and I'm sure they will come. Either way, I'll be out there for the spring Black Drum run every week. We had a blast last year! ;)....Tightlines

about the end of March. Last year the run lasted about 6 weeks. Even the small fish were nice ones. ;)....Tightlines

As soon as the beater is ready I'm going to get down there get my permits and while I'm there,might as well drown some bait for MR.Drum. I'll hold up until the end of March before I go down,may see ya down there.

The bait they were useing was spot,no bunker was ever said. One of the fisherman drove a yellow Ford Bronco and is a regular at AI.

our Drum on pealers. Never even bothered with bunker, unless you wanted Skate & Doggies....Tightlines

If you plan it please give me some notice I want to catch my first Drum this year either red or black and I have to make sure I can get time off for the road trip.

We'll keep in touch, will be nice to finially meet you from the frozen north. Why not try and meet up with us at the Peak and do some C/R for rock.

I've seen that piece. It's a segment on Outdoors Maryland. It's several years old.

Fun to watch, but I hated watching the way they gill-gaffed that sand tiger, dragged him up the beach, then "let him go." If you're gonna' kill it, eat it.
