Given that he was charged in the accident, I bet your insurance company will go after him full-bore. They don't want to have to cover the thing if they don't have to.

That really sucks, though. Glad to hear you're alright.

Get a lawyer if your Ins co doesn't get into attack mode.

Sorry about the beater!

So... hows the new job?

I know you have been looking forward to that.

I actually wet a line the other day here near sunset, but too windy, too rough, and instead of grass I caught alot of floating kelp. :--|

Miss you guys!

Bummer!!!...but you are OK and thats what is important.Your insurance co should cover your truck and then go after the culprit. They should also put you in a "comparable" feeshen rental so the important things in life aren't interrupted.......the R

Sorry 'bout the beater buddy.

The way my Ins co works is like Rollie said, They paid to have my truck fixed, they put me in a rental truck and they went after the bad guy with their lawyers, Plus they paid all my med bills.

It ain't as bad as it seems.

PS If your insirance co doesn't do this, change to State Farm, had ins with them for 30 years and they have been first class all the way.
