Well, as Jeff pointed out, and don't really know why the mark is so great, might be say a lot about nothing, but so it is.
Just figured I used this time to thank you for the site, met some really great people, Clyde, Jason, Anthony and yourself, NIck (catfish or catman), whichever side of his brain might be working, think we all have dual personas, Wilber, well KDH III, I am there, as the mayor, Linus (finally met DD at duece, couldn't fish with him, but, a NC ICON) and all else shoud be there again this year, well hopefully.
Main thing is, the great people I have met are all fine and dandy, but even more, this site has enabled me to meet people, whom have become more than friends, family, and hopefully will be until the "Big Guy" calls for me.
So, Clyde, you are number one in my book, good people as they say, Jas, little bro (already have three, but always room), Ant, east coast misses ya, Wilber, been at least 20 years since I did the OBX, you gave me a reason, and looking forward to number three in December, catwhatever, need to get the "once yearly" boat trip for these sandy feet, the entire AC (including BOB, HC, still working on it), AL, Teo, Fred and "Sandy" thanks for the rides!
Can't and won't forget to mention Manny, MJ, only met him once at the Tank, but thumbs up Manny! Hope you have the nice weather, the right winds and water temps, but mostly, here is hoping you found peace my friend. Maybe just ought to just say, "Greetings".
To all, enjoy life, sometimes easy, sometimes hard, but we AIn't here forever, so take advantage of the time.
Apologies to all I missed, but at this point I will leave it at:

Shaggy congrats on the milestone. You're truely one of the forum's finest. This may sound a little corny but this Beatle lyric always reminds me of you.
-----------------------------------------------
What would you think if I sang out of tune,
Would you stand up and walk out on me.
Lend me your ears and I’ll sing you a song,
And I’ll try not to sing out of key.
I get by with a little help from my friends,
I get high with a little help from my friends,
Going to try with a little help from my friends.
-----------------------------------------------
Looking forward to fishing with you at AI.

I think this site is A LOT different than any other site I visited, NOBODY feels like they are on the outside looking in or excluded from any group. Sandflea has done a fine job making a friendly site and the people that post on here do a fine job of make new folks feel a part of the whole deal.
What Shaggy said about meeting people.
That brings me to the Kitty Hawk Deal, if you remember the first one started because "I had a dream" I was standing on a point in KH catching Stripers with a bunch of people I didn't know. . .Next thing I know it was happening. That says a lot about you folks.

Damn tooting Wilber, saw that Rusty Ritz, thinking, is this Jason (not you FLF  ), you know Friday the 13th or another horror flick. Read posts, took a chance, and met some fantastic people, and one s I forgot from the first, Ken, the Bucket, subconciously must have forgotten the "Sarge", frickin' Coors light or some BS, but they got me back to the NC coast, and though thought about not making the attempt at number 2, well the Mrs. wanted to get rid of me, or was telling the truth when she stated, "this thing has sarted, and would you like to be at the KDH XX saying I been to all, well except the second one?"
One thing my little girl does realize, it AIn't all about catching fish, comraderie (?), and FRIENDS!
And to that, I say thanks to all my friends, and more numerous, those who put up with me, and Flea!

Oh, and Wilber, we all have dreams, and eventually they come true. Thanks for 1 and 2 and here is to number 3
Have Jeep will travel :D (KDH III December, be there, or just miss out).

Some of the best people I've ever met have been from this board. Hopefully I will get a chance to visit some of the east coast guys sometime soon.

Good to have you around! This site does so well because there are people who take the time to inform and teach us about different types of fishing - whether it is the Bay, the surf, the jetties, the bridges, or the piers.
Time for another get together! :) I think we OWE another shot at PLO...was kind of off when we got together there last time...

Well Bob ,ya withstood the "test of time" and didn't get kicked off the site for boring anybody to death. You and your posts are examples of the type of people that frequent this site....good folk with a knowlege that they are willing to share and good folk who,at whatever levelof expertise, are still willing to learn from another poster. Thanks SF for allowing this to happen and Bob;type on ;) .....the R
