Hi all,

looking to get a pair of breathable waders, any recommendations. was thinking of boot foot, but want recommendations for those that have used them.

salt and freshwater. just off the beach, shouldn't be any rough ground. really looking for good all around wader nothing really geared toward anything specific

those both look good, also found some with a lace up boot, on sale

Those Hodgman on Ebay look like stockingfoot. I kinda like them over the bootfoot. You WILL get sand in your boots with the stockingfoot and lace ups. But I find they are easier on the body when out fishing hard all day.
You might want to try on some of those wading shoes before you buy them. I've found that I need a size bigger than my normal shoe size, especially when fishing with extra socks.

Forget about stocking foot waders...The sand will get in and cause them to wear faster around the foot area...

Time of year dictates what type and protection...

I use 3 MM neoprene for Spring and Fall...other use lighter waders (breathable) for the Summer...I do not use any waders for Summer fishing...

You can get 3MM waders for less than $80 online...
