How did you guys get them pictures under your names.I wouldn't mind having a Pirate Flag(Skulls&Crossbones) under mine.

Top right of the screen, "Quick Links". Click "Edit Avatar". Upload the pict.

Bubba Blue is right about the directions, but these custom avatars are only available to supporters (http://www.pierandsurf.com/forum/subscriptions.php?). Jeff, you should be able to upload one--just size it down to 100 pixels and you'll be ready to go.
