Olympus Report 7/2

Went out on the Olympus out of Ridge with my wife and Buddy. Croaker bite was outstanding. Caught 45 Hefty croaker between the 3 of us. They were all between 12 and 19 inches. Chummed for rocks but only 2 were caught on the whole boat. As soon as the sun went down the croaker went nuts! First time on that boat and it was an awesome experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
bait was squid, but some people were using crab, shrimp, blood worms.

What time are they leaving the dock to be able to catch the sundown bite?

The boat leaves at 6pm. I got there at about 2:30 or so ( i was coming from baltimore so i wanted to leave plenty of time), and I was the fourth person there. You board the boat in order of your coolers (which, of course, is determined by your arrival at the dock). I would suggest getting there a little on the early side, as they don't hesitate to pack the boat.
