Hey P&S,
Looking to setup a nice new surf rod with a Quantum reel.
The rod is a 10' St. Croix Avid Surf, and I'm looking to throw my larger plugs(wooden swimmers,poppers) with it.
Does anyone have any experience with the Quantum BocaPT and/or CaboPT spinning reel. I'm trying to decide whether to go with the Cabo or Boca. Found them on E-bay for a great price.
Any info appreciated. If you think I should try something other than these, please let me know. I have had Quantum in the past and loved them, just not the new Cabo or Boca.
