I'm not aware of any problems, but sometimes the box I'm on goes down for routine maintenance in the middle of the night.

Yeah, it was acting odd when I tried to check it from 0430 until 0600 yesterday.

Firefox said the site was contacted, 2 second delay and then it said the load was done. Cool, except it was a blank screen. Usually when there's a problem, the connection is either refused or there's no reponse.

Well, the company I use for hosting does it. They run a series of cron jobs periodically. They're scripts that do basic maintenance.
