I allways call people by their name man ;) .It just sucks that IRI and DE people complian about Orientals and those guys at the point nag about braided line.Us Yankees has issues with small things like that too;Why should it matter.I will take my Heaver with BRAIDED LINE and fish wherever I want.I will fish next to a Korean guy who dosen't know any English and ENJOY IT.US FISHERMEN NEED TO STOP CRYING LIKE BABIES AND ENJOY OURSELVES. ;)

But to be fair, I've NEVER been refused a small live fish for bait by one of our Asian brothers who seem to OWN the cast net world. So I'm kind of forgiving for selfish reasons.

i wouldnt say its out of control or anything. any group in life is like that. when people of different skill levels are in one unit idea's and heads clash. no biggie, bc through it all there is plenty of info to learn from. its cyclic. guys tryin to learn have plenty of threads concerning basic ideas to reference additionally to their posts. its a small price to pay for some of the good things that happen. and to be honest, its kinda a good way to measure what is really gonna be a bad thing while fishing... u know... like remarks regarding race or braid in crowds :p . i feel ya though more or less i feel like PS has segregated itself into little clicks of people and we need some new fresh blood. preferably brunette and around 5'6.

BigJeff, I have found that there are a fair amount of folks on this forum that can dish it out but cant take it without getting nasty or condecending. Thats why I use the Buddy / Ignore List under your User CP key. I use the "ignore" part frequently. That way I don't even see the BS.

it makes me sick to think that people could try to categorize a group such as human beings, or any living thing with a thought process for that matter. we're all unique individuals, not one of us is alike... and if you think otherwise you're ignorant. it's a sick eye that see's color. i don't want to stir the pot, but i read a comment in that last thread where someone said something along the lines of "i don't SO MUCH mind THEM"... that is what im talking about.

When Big Daddy Rudde Dogg was around he always taught me to be a man. He taught me to say what I mean and mean what I say. He passed when I was 9 yrs old and that is how I have tired to live my life. Just tonight at grassy sound (see my post on nj board) I was using braid on all three of my rods. The guy next to and my better half were using mono. Did we cross lines? Yep....But that happens when you are in close quarters. Yeah there were some guys who trashed braid and my tica rods with my okuma reels. I look at it this way...It's all mind over matter, I don't mind and THEY DON'T MATTER!!!! Like the t-shirt says....shut up and fish!!! :cool:

being that my fiance and child are 'american african' (if we're gonna be name callin, lets be politically correct! :D ) you can bet your ass i've heard my fair share of remarks that'll make your stomach turn..... yah know what though, i didn't get pissed, i didn't start a fight... i shook my head and laughed in there faces... because they'll never have a love quite like mine. keep the unity, appreciate your fellow man... and if it could be better said, it would, but it can't... so SHUT UP AND FISH!

No wonder Advisor never talks to me :D Rory must have told him how bad I was :p just cause I had to talk to him threw a fence,,, thought that way he wouldnt be to scared to meet me... Thinks yall came up with the idea PSYCO after Rory met me :eek:
