GETS PREGNANT BY YOU BY LAW AS THE FATHER OF SAID BABY I AM LEGALLY BOUND BY CERTAIN LAWS THAT PROTECT HER AND THE BABY. HOWEVER I POSE THIS QUESTION. IF WOMEN KNOW AS MUCH AS THEY SAY ABOUT THEIR BODIES WHY DONT THEY TELL MEN WHEN THEY ARE OVULATING? GIVE THE MAN A "CHOICE" TO EITHER PROTECT HIMSELF/HER. ISNT THAT LIKE WITHHOLDING EVIDENCE? I MEAN IF SHE KNOWS AND HE DOESNT HE IS ABOUT TO GET CAUGHT UP IN 21YR FINANCIAL CIRCUS. IM HAPPILY MARRIED TO THE MOTHER OF MY SONS BUT I HEAR SOME HORRIBLE STORIES AND IT SEEMS THE COURTS GIVE THE MOTHERS EVERYTHING AND AS A FATHER YOU ARE AT THE COURTS MERCY. Nope, don't see, just as I don't see how the woman has the sole right to determine weather or not to have the child. Sex is 50/50, and well if you don't want the "financial burden" for 21 years as a guy, or you don't care if your partner wants the child, as a woman, then keep your pants on, and zipped, then there is no need for discussion about anything pertaining to the potential pregnancy.

If the woman wants to keep the child and the man doesn't she ought to be made to sign an aggrement that she wil not ask for child support or recieve welfare.
If she doesn't want the child and the man does then she needs to give birth and the man take full responsibility.

But then again if the woman is already on welfare *sucking off the working class* and unless she has reported a rape case then she ought to be forced to give the name of the father so he can pay or the child taken away untill she can provide for that childs up bringing. Why are we forced to pay for someone not working and laying around haven more and more kids just because they refuse to work. If someone needs a job that bad I have some work for them and I promise they would be happy flipping burgers when I am done working them.

What shaggy said. I have been on both sides of this fence. I have been told "I think I'm pregnant" and I have been told in a fit of anger that our "problem" has been taken care of. It is a choice. Now days pregnancy is too easy to prvent. I can't speak for all of the guys here but when I was younger I thought with the wrong head. I didn't care about myself or anyone else. It took a possible health scare to bring me out of that mode. Thank GOD all is ok. But for one moment of enjoyment, it could have ended my life. That ain't cool. No one loves me more than me. It's not like it used to be way back when, when ya just had to get a shot. Now you can die. Not only that, but think of how many couple can not have children. Both males and females should look after themselves and take a minute to weigh the choices that are made or about to be made and the consequences that will come after that. In my line of work I see this every day. Females "trapping" guys and couples having kids to beat the system and get more money from welfare which we have to pay for.

BUT THE COURTS TREAT ALL DADS THE SAME THERE IS NO EQUAL TREATMENT BY THE COURTS. IF YOU AS A FATHER LET IT BE KNOWN YOU DONT WANT THIS CHILD FROM THE START,USE CONTRACEPTIVES AND SHE ENDS UP PREGNANT AND WANTS IT U R SCREWED. NOW THAT AINT FAIR.
