This place looks awesome. The only other fishing forums i've been to have been completely dead and have like 4 topics a year. Anyways, im just soaking in as much info as i can here. I've been fishing most of my life, but never really got into it until the summer of '04 when i first went saltwater fishing at the Rodanthe Pier. I Live in VA Beach, and whenever I cant fish the little island pier, im freshwater fishing right across the street. I definately think I will be a long time member of this place, and I am very glad i found it. :D

Unless you are rich, I'd suggest a job of some kind to finance all the crap you are gonna want to buy.....:cool:

Let me start ya off with a few words of wisdom I should have learned many years ago.
1. The only dumb question is, the one you should have asked but didn't.
2. This one is a bit harder on a web site but my dad passed this one on,,, You were born with 2 ears and 1 mouth *and I still ain't learned to keep mine shut twice as much nor has a few more on this board :p so no nasty comments* so watch the old fogies and ya will learn a lot

Nserch4Drum was one of those guys Shooter was warning you about. Watch out for him and his Asian buddies. They're trouble. You'll see.
