Just hope he doesn't get signed by NFC-E team... I was a fan of his... But life goes on. :(

Yeah, he said on the John Thompson
show yesterday that he wanted to play
for an NFC East team so that he could
show the Redskins what they missed
out on.

I am kind of torn on this one. While I
like him a lot...Greg Williams does not
seem to be a huge fan of his.
Greg Williams definitely knows what he
is doing and if he feels that way then
there must be something to it.

Now He Will Make Us Pay If A Nfc Team Grabs Him. Instead Of Letting Him Go I Can Think Of 2 Qb's And 1 Wide Out Who Wasnt Impressive At All. The Thing That Is Upsetting Is They Wont Come Clean And Tell Us Why And The Real Reason He Didnt Fit In.:( :( :--|

you know he was too much of a hot dog. Rarely played and we didnt miss him. Since he would not redo his contract good riddence. all I can say is this.....the players are greedy....I do not think they should demand a percentage of revenues. It is a business at least that is what the players keep saying.....you dont see the employees of microsoft walmart gm etc....demanding 60 percent of the companies profits. If they want that much then buy a team. Yes if it stays as is we will be hurting this season but next season with no capo and an owner like stienbrennr hell we will be buying everyone next season. Should be intresting next couple seasons. Maybe the dynasties will return

He would fit into a blitzing aggressive defense. I don't wanna have to say that he would fit into Mr. Johnson's defense quite well. Between him and Jeremiah I think terror would be in quite a few offensive backfields:rolleyes:

You have to remember their contract are not guaranteed. If they get hurt no money, and they can get cut when ever and that means no money. Fired, no money. All the other Pro sports get guaranteed money no matter what happens.
If I was a football player I would do the same. He helps put people in the stand. Movie actors and singers do it all the time. Its a business more than a job.
Just my 2 cents

And about Walmart and Micro soft.......Its called profit sharing.

The redskins wanted to restructure and he wasnt for it. He paid us 4.2 million to release him from his contractual obligations. We would have taken a 12 million dollar hit on him this year. Oh and by the way the union and owners did agree. The new cap for 06 season is 102 million which means the skins will be active in free agency. I liked arrington but we did fine without him. Lets worry about our QB and not the defense.

i like brunell but...he is OLD OLD OLD he was worn out by the playoffs that is why he did not go down field. I say scrap ramsey delagate brunell to back up and start that kid from Aurbun. Insiders close to gibbs say that joe really likes him. Said he by mid season last yr he had a good understanding of the offense and that joe would have felt confodent with putting him in had brunell wnet down. As everyone knows for ginns to put a rookie in he would have to really be high on him. Looks like he is and will be our future. I never liked him at auburn but i have faith in gibbs. I mean hey theisman, schader rypian.....all looked like or were all pros under gibbs.

06 outlook 11-5 10-6 at worst NFC championship game and witth a little luck superbowl berth.

Now I am done with football it is NASCAR season and gibbs racing will win the points championship .....again.....Go Tony
