Exorcist - one scene only..when the lady crawls down the stairs backwards like a bug..

-Fishing by myself at PLO at the lighthouse on the bay side..absolutely no one else around and look up with my red l.e.d. head light and see 6-8 pairs of red eyes looking back at me..only to find out that its a heard of friggin' deer..I damn near pissed myself.

Shining and Exorcist definitly (you ever slow down that exorcist scene to see the face that flashes on the screen--creepy as sh!7.

There's one that's more recent that I thought was good-n-spooky: Stir of Echoes w/ Kevin Beacon.

But my all time favorite scary movies are just about anything by David Lynch. Especially Blue Velvet. Anybody can jump out and scare you but that guy has a real talent for disturbing films.

The word is that some one is trying to remake it kinda sort of. This time they're gonna stick to the book a little more. It won't have the same title but same story.
