New Coastal Explorer listings for FL, SC, and MD

Thanks to the members who sent in new listings. We now have listings for:

--Flagler Pier in Florida
--Bull Island in South Carolina
--Downs Memorial Park and Ft. Smallwood in Maryland

is it worth listing something I don't (yet hopefully I will) know how it produces?

As long as you have heard that there are fish caught there and it's got a reputation as a decent spot, go ahead and send it in.
