By "floaters",are you refering to blowin fish up with air,say behind a shrimp trawler??

I think he means a bobber or float.

Bluefish,threadfin herring,spot,croaker,pinfish,striped mullet or silver mullet,sandperch,yellowtail jacks,bluerunners.. That is a few of many.. :)

I like to put out a live spot under a float for the spinner sharks while tarpon fishing. The young frisky spinners will sometimes out perform a tarpon.
