Just wanted to drop a line and say hello. I am a new member from southern NC and have been checking the site out for a couple of days now. I have read some informative things. I hope I can eventually be as big a help to yall as I know you will be to me. Thanks for all the info. I'm sure you will hear from me soon.

(un)Official welcome kits are available at your local convenience store. They are ice cold and come in packs of 6, 12, 18, or 24 ;)
Hope to share one with you one of these days :D
Cheers.

Welcome!!!!!
What part of Southern NC do you live? Where do you fish the most?
We are planning a trip to Carolina/Kure Beach next weekend for some shark fishing.
You are welcome to join us. Check out the thread on the NC board.

I was wondering about the handle myself.Well I might have some questions about welding in the future as I do alot of it but not enough to be an expert.---Aloha and welcome!

Found out about this site from NAFC. I fish at the Jacksonville Beach pier and surf fish along the beaches of Duval and St John Counties in Fl.
I'll do what I can to help!

Thanks for the warm welcome. I actually have a freshwater trip planned for the weekend. Hard to beat the action from a good bream bed. I actually don't weld, but do have a weldcraft boat ( company out of Arkansas). It's a flat bottom jon with raised decks which is perfect for a lot of inshore which is where I spend most of my time. Thanks again for the replies.
