This guy is a JA, all he is worried about is himself.
Read the first 4 paragraphs and you have to wonder why is he the Air Force Chief.

Hmmm, so who's the first person to get tested on? I'd do it. It's nonlethal. But if it's a diarrheah ray, I'd better get some free undies for life!
Holy cow, did you read the part about the downsizing? 40,000 jobs? That's more than the amount of active duty in the USCG!

Agree w/ Orest-Unbelievable! What a bunch of crap. Somehow reminded me of an old Charles Adams cartoon-This inventor is in the US Patent office, & the Patent officer is pointing what looks like a Buck Rogers space gun out the window at the crowds down far below. The patent Officer says, "Death Ray, my foot-it doesn't even slow them down!" Rule One: If we want to experiment, do it on the enemy. :D

Scenario: Officer finds scumbag with 10 undersized puppy drum in the cooler. Yeah, use your imagination on that one. :D
