I was planning on dry-blocking my basement again in the next couple of days since it has previously flooded. However, we have had a lot of rain this weekend. Fortunately, my basement did not flood this time :D but I am sure the walls are damp. My question is, do I need to wait until the walls are completely dry before I re-apply the dry-block?
Thanks
Britt

But my guess is that you would or else mold might start growing underneath it.

That's kind of what I was thinking along with it not adhering to the wall.
Thanks!

Maybe you could take a trip to HD or Lowes and look at the product and see what it says. There might be one that you can apply either way, dry or damp....

Are you telling me to ask the experts at HD or Lowes??? I thought the real experts were here!!!
The concrete does have to be dry. It should be dry by Tuesday when the first coat will be applied.
