I have a chance to pick up a brand new one for $70.00....Normally $109. A great deal on a now discontinued rod....:D This is a NICE rod, double footed guides, nice wraps, cork handle, etc. etc....
It's 8'10" long, rated at 2-1/2 oz. Sure feels like it'd be a nice rod to pull flounder or sheep heads out from under the pier, and it'd cast a 1 or two ounce a LOONG way.
I'm lookin' for a reason to buy this rod, even though I DON'T need it....;)
Somebody's gotta have one, tell me about it.
