Just a FYI if you happen to find yourself between Harrisburg and Allentown PA someday. Stop at the Cabelas store near Hamburg. I was there today.
BPS is my normal haunt because it's closer for me and I had thought BPS was a cool place to look for sporting goods. Cabelas has them beat hands down. No question. The place is huge and has a real good feel about it. You could spend a whole day walking around looking and drooling.
Real good selection... most everything was in stock... no empty slots like BPS is famous for... prices were a little better than BPS on the things I knew the prices on. Maybe 10% on average. They had bulk packages of some things and some of them were real good deals. For example: a 25 pack of 1oz jig heads for five and change. :)
Check out the aquarium and the Bargain Cave.
If you go, the first time I suggest leaving the credit cards at home. :D
Speaking of credit cards, I paid with my BPS Visa. Even asked the cutie if I could use my BPS Preferred Members Card. Was good for a laugh. :D :D
