No such luck. To get unclaimed money from the IRS, the IRS has to have actually issued you a check and had it returned as undeliverable. If you simply didn't file your taxes as a teenager, failing to file is actually a federal offense. Also, single teenagers get hit hard with taxes. so chances are you might not have been getting much back anyway.
