Breakaway LDX and HDX Surf Rods

I have been looking around for the specs. on these rods. I have even searched the Breakaway site. I couldn't find what I was looking for.

What is the weight range, butt and tip dia. of the LDX

And The weight range, butt and tip dia. of the HDX

LDX is 3-5 oz and the HDX is 5-8 oz ........ not sure of the Dia.

My HDX says 4-8 oz....and yes, it will throw 4 oz.

have never measured the butt or tip dia. The HDX is (guessing here) just slightly thinner in the butt than OM Heavy. The LDX is significantly thinner and a feather wieght when compared to it's big brother the HDX.

Sweet spot on the LDX - 4 oz

Sweet spot on the HDX- porbably 6 oz but to be honest I have only had mine a short while and haven't had it out for fishing yet. Actually bought the extra long tourny butt for the HDX- makes it 14' total length, trying my hand at casting tourny style (pendulum) with it.
