I was surfin Ebay today and saw that there was an Abu 6501 CS ProRocket out for 2007. Its about time that they came out with something besides the C3 in left handed.

I've been looking all over the place for one of these reels for a while. very hard reel to find. I cant even find a mag kit for a 6501. Any suggestions on where I can find one? thanks.

Well I have a magged 6501 with the rounded end plate. I bought it that way but it is really hard to find a mag kit for that kind. I know there is a lot more adjustable mag kits for flat ended Abus like this one. Try a google search for "Bills Custom reels" and it should bring you to a site where he offeres mag kits for Abus. He also said he could probably mag a dome ended Abu if you sent it to him. about $60
