Was it me or was something wrong with this judge???>Acted too overly Compasionate ummm ya right Ex Bronx Cab Driver as the Judge smells heavily of B.S. The guy was way too emotionally involved for someone who isn't supposed to be biased. With Anna's drug addiction it's apparent she wasn't able to make very good decisions, especially ones right after her son's death and before her own.

And what about paternity tests on this baby that many men are claiming is theirs? How can a judge decide that Anna's body should go to a person that isn't married to her solely based on the baby's guardian who may not even be the real father? Why does Howard K. Stern have the right to keep this baby that may not be his instead of being ordered back to the U.S. for testing? Doesn't anyone think that if he had any doubt she wasn't his he'd be more than willing to bring her back to the states for tests? Something is a little fishy.

Even if Anna's mother and her had a rocky relationship a mother would still want her child back to bury and put to rest. Now the whole family has to suffer.

I was watching some of the testimony of(Larry) the ex boyfriend of Anna Nicole. He seemed to be telling the truth, no drama involved, and seemed to truly care about this baby. He claimed that during his relationship with Anna around the time she got pregnant and had the child, Howard K. Stern was constantly interfering, and he noted some strange and peculiar events with him.

It seems to me that Howard K. Stern may not be telling the truth. I believe he was more into Anna than she was into him. I think he saw dollar signs
and an opportunity to take advantage of a drug induced celebrity woman who was easy to manipulate.

Where in the hell was Larry's Atty?
Could have gotten a ProBono at the very least.

Yessireee Larry and the Family got Goatphucked and Railroaded on this one.

Yeah I definately think she was drugged out most of the time and her desisions were clearly not thought out. But, if Stern wanted to be the heir I think he would of made sure her will was atleast up to date. I think they need to just bury the woman with her son. Then do DNA, determine the real father. Yeah and that judge was just weird. I heard he was trying to get a on one of the judge shows before the case. Maybe this was his audition.

Too much money and too many opportunites to mess up. It's a train wreck waiting to happen.

This silicon sweety has gotten more run than poor Pres Gerald Ford. Shows America's priorties have gone out the window.

She deserved maybe one sad commentary on the evening news....otherwise what a waste of a human being.

a 3-ring circus, Just bury the woman and figure out who the real father is and give custody to him, but doesn't it seem strange that Howard K. Stern doesn't want to take a DNA test, he just seems suspicious to me I wouldn't trust him he was there when her son dies and also was around when she died but had just stepped out to buy a yacht:( ..then when he was told about her he took off to the Bahamas..something doesn't smell quite right about him:--| :--|

I agree something is not right about him not allowing a DNA test. I think it is inevitable though and he will. I wouldn't be surprised in the coming month's if a criminal investigation is launched..
