mercury outboard mechanic dc area?

anybody know of a honorable merc mechanic?have a 77 85hp that needs its regular maintainence,waterpump etc.thanks for help.i live in DC/aka twilightzone.but am willing to travel 100+ miles for mechanic with integrity.

Water pump is easy to replace..

Drop the lower unit and remove cover on pump. Washing liquid to lube up new and press in to place and reverse the removale of lower unit.

Spray carbs and replace plugs. Pull oil plug on lower unit, drain and check for water in oil.... pump in new oil..

Harbin Marine in Dumphries used to be good. I don't know if they are still there or not, but I used them years ago.
