How do the sufix elite or siege compare to the sufix tritanium? I really love tri...it casts well, strong, and not too much stretch, but it is becoming harder and harder to find in my area and I can always pick up the Elite or Siege easily. This is in 17# for a 6500 abu and 525mag for bass.

The chartreause tri is plenty visible and is not bad at night....I see only the elite is available in the yellow....how is the orange siege tangerine?

I would stick to Tri, I have tried the Elite and it just didn't have the same feel as the Tri.

As for buying it, check out Randy's bait and tackle shop here has great prices.

I have used all three and the Tri is my favorite. It just seems to work better and hold up better in the surf. The siege was the worst of the three. So, My answer is the TRI.

I like the siege purely from a casting standpoint, but like the tri better for all around fishing.

The orange tangeringe is ok during the daytime but no where near as visible as the hi-viz tri in yellow or green. The tangerine doesn't stand out at all at night, and looks grayish when shining a red led lamp on it.
