Need help AR does not work. Appears to be no broken parts.:confused:

All the penns ss do this. You have to replace the AR. Its like a $5 part. Easy to replace. Its like two screws if i remember right.

It's funny- when Penn started making the SSg reels without an anti-reverse switch, they said it was because they wanted to fix the faulty ARs that were on the old SS reels. Now there seem to be more problems with AR than there were before.

Thanks Penn for your wonderful Chinese manufacturing! Could you at least lower the price if you're gonna cut the production value?

Do you mean just the Dog,as the switch works great.
