Diamond Jig Mold

New to this forum business...help...I will be going Deep Sea Fishing in just about 3 weeks, need to purchase a Diamond Jig Mold...about 12-14 ounces...

I have about 25 lbs of lead...and will be taking my 2 sons with me...a yearly trip...have used the shrimp fly with a ball on the bottom.. but now want to use the diamond jig on the bottom...any suggestions...

We go out of Half Moon Bay to Farlon Islands...love the trip... and the commoradare...

Where do I purchase a mold or how do I make a mold for a 12-14 ounce jig... In California yes, 104 on the 4th of July...:fishing:

To the best of my recollection, I don't think anyone outside of maybe Shawn Collins makes a diamond jig mold that big, and even if they do, you'd still be stuck making a plain finish diamond jig. If you're looking for big diamond jigs, you'd probably be better off buying them. If you're looking to mold your own, maybe mold big torpedo sinkers?
