Rod holder

I'm thinking about building a rod holder, has any one made one that will fit on the spare tire? also thinking of one for the bumper, any ideas and pictures would be great.

Saw one on a SUV the base and rails were Plywood and the Rodholders were 30" sand spikes that could be lifted out when needed also you could use Mahogony. this was a bumper mount

Not quite on the spare tire...but a piece of wood inplace of the plate and pvc rod the tubes will do just fine.....:D
