finally!!

well after watching John Holden's and Nick Meyer's videos on long casting,and a bit of practice,I finally broke 100 yards,109 and 3 inches to be exact.And have a thumb with grooves burnt into it to go along.I know it's not the 120+ thats the norm for most,but I'm working on it.I'd also like to thank all here,though I didn't ask many questions,provided a lot of info for others and myself to use.:beer: :beer: Heres to ya!
Now I need one of those leather covers for my thumb!!

Slow down at the begining of the cast add the power and speed later and the thumb will feel better.

As always Digger nailed it on the head,,,,, ya always hear about Thumb slippage. Tommy F showed me start the swing slow and build up the speed *ya can't make it go from 0 -100 MPH in 2 foot*
