Penn Captiva 5000 - switch handle side

All you Penn Captiva owners out there, I just bought a CV5000 and can't figure out how to get the handle on to the other side of the reel... most reels you just unscrew the cap on the other side, switch the reel handle and call it a day. This one, the holes are not the same on both sides of the reel...

If I remember correctly on one side there is a white plastic threaded cap underneath the regular tension cap that you have to pop out (with a small screwdriver or the like) and move to the other side.
