I work in DC for the Federal Gov't and I can tell you without a doubt the jerks on the HILL are so far removed from the real world it's scary.

When people call them idiots, they are not far from the truth. I just call them ignorant of what is good for this country.

Ive learned long ago that they (politicians) are in their OWN little world. They don't listen NOR care what "we the people" think, what our issues are. For them its all about "CREATING" "SPIN" to win the next election. They are sofar removed from us I don't listen to any of it anymore - every now and then my ears will perk up to something that's been said, but mostly - I am deaf.
