cabelas prodigy

saw a cabelas prodigy looks really nica and heard same reel as capricorn wondering if tyhis is a good reel and would go good with my 9ft rod or should i buy a diff reel

I've had a capricorn sense 2003, and its been used HARD. Only problem I have had is a weak bail spring, so if its a copy of the dawia, go for it!

I order from Cabela's all the time. However, I'll probabaly never buy any of their rods and reels. If you read the reviews of their stuff seems to always be problems and complaints. I'll stick with the true fishing manufacturers and use Cabela's for what they truly are (a retailer).

Great little reel, same as Diawa 153 HST. The older 153 HST that is.
