I know there of some of you that love them and others that hate them.

I have an Inspira IS-30 that I was oiling when something popped out and now the bail does not function.

I was planning on mailing the reel to Okuma but before doing so wanted to ask the P&S members' experience (good or bad) with returning equipment to Okuma. Am I going to be charged so much that I might as well forget it?

Thanks!
