 I can't tell you how much chit I've gotten over loving this music, but give it a chance.
I'm not a religious guy, but pentatonic scales with 4-part harmony is a hell of a sound. They sit in a four square (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sacred_Harp#Singing_Sacred_Harp_music) and shout at each other at the tops of their lungs.
Whether it's Journey or Skynrd or My Chemical Romance or Mozart's Requiem or Sacred Harp, the reaction is always the same: Matthew, you have the worst musical taste I have ever encountered.
I'm okay with that. :)
(emanuel, damn you for asking this question! I will get crap for months over this...)

Name that song!
Last Christmas, I gave you my heart
But the very next day, You gave it away
This year, to save me from tears
I'll give it to someone special
Once bitten and twice shy
I keep my distance but you still catch my eye
Tell me baby do you recognise me?
Well it's been a year, it doesn't surprise me

Charlie Brown's Christmas by Vince Guraldi (sp) (classic !!) and something from Mozart ... I am not sure which symphony. I know it is not "Eine Kleine Nachtmusik" or Symphonies 40 & 41.

They sit in a four square (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sacred_Harp#Singing_Sacred_Harp_music) and shout at each other at the tops of their lungs.I first came across this style of music in the movie "Cold Mountain". Ended up buying a used copy of the DVD because of the music. (Sacred Harp and Alison Kraus)
I don't think I could just listen to a CD of it, but watching them all yelling at each other and it sounding good is pretty kewl. The harmonies are interesting.
As far as what's on the iPod? Depends on my mood. Can range from smooth jazz, to Mozart, to Rush, to Ted Nugent. :p

Robert Earl Keen's "Merry Christmas from the Family"
Now, from the John Boy and Billy Show, Mad Max's Christmas rant.
I've got a playlist of 15 or so non-traditional Christmas songs, stuff like Weird Al's "The Night Santa Went Crazy" and Kevin Bloody Wilson's "Ho Ho F$*#@**& Ho"......Only Christmas music I can really dig. Personally, I'm ready for tomorrow haha.
