tiger or tiger-lite for bay fishing

looking for a bay rod to bottom-fish on boat and can hold 4 ounces. im looking at the 6'6" tiger ml, or
the tiger-lite 6'9" m. both are listed to hold weight
of 3-4ozs. im leaning on the lite version but dont know if its heavy enough for bot-fishin on boat.

well if you are bay fishing either of those rods should be fine
