Whats your vote on the best reports of 2007?
I know mine would go to Hengstthomas. I never thought I could learn so much from somebody I've never met. Dont get me wrong, I have learned good amount from everyone. The detail in Hengstthomas post offer more info than my brain can handle in one sitting:rolleyes: Anyway I was just wondering who else has good reports.

To me, the reports varies in style and I enjoy reading from the following folks:
Tom Hengst - There's tons of information on the reports. The pics are nice too!!
Sea Puppy - The reports reminds me of reading articles from Reader's Digest. It's great reading.
High Plains Drifter - I always enjoy reading reports from out of the states. Also, the beach pics are awesome.
FingersAndClaws & Fishbait - They're great reading with plenty of humor.
Oh, BTW: Excellent topic!!!

My favorites are GhostCrab and Desperado for their pictures and creativity.
And if you think Tom's posts are informative, wait til you fish with the guy. He's chock full of it! Information that is! :D
I hope to to just that someday. I'm tired of my wife catching more than me:D

I'd go with Sea Puppy for the stories , Henge for reports and info, Fishin'mama for help, Some guy who wears white boots who used to post, and Basstardo, I think his posts are going to be ones to look out for, Tommy for all the casting help and vids., the MD board for being a riot, Drum Drum for keeping us right down south, Firespyder for even further south and any one else that puts finger to button and has managed to work out the process and take time to load up pictures.
BTW anyone that has done a reel rebuild and posted it should get an extra gold star I reckon.
Also For Access, for keeping us abreast of situations and knowing so many big words:)
My stories aren't worth a thing, peeps like stories with fish in 'em;)

P&S has many good reporters from all the various regions. I do appreciate all those that contribute reports.
Most Entertaining: WBB. Reports are fun, entertaining & informative. Make you wish you were there, whether they catch fish or not. But they usually do. ghostcrab's pics makes it seem like you were there.
Most Informative: hengstthomas. Dedicated fisherman who has an expert's knack for catching nice fish. Reports usually include info on how, when, & where the fish were caught, & include good pics.
Overall: Desperado. Pretty good reports, pics, & stories.... Well at least I try my best... Oops, sorry for the shameless self promotion. Why don't I come to my senses.... :D
Best non fishing report: Capnaaron's report on the Galapagos Islands was excellent.

Firespider by far as I fish Fort Fisher almost exclusively.
He knows the area like the back of his hand. Great reports, in depth and informative.
But there have been so many :fishing:others that have helped and to be honest with you, the whole forum gets my vote,,,so every one take a bow.
