Abu 7000/7500 Ct question

You guys that fish these to you upgrade to ceramics or fish stock?
Are the 7000 bearings 3x10x4

I've got a 7500 and I left the stock bearings in ... but did change the drag washers ... ceramics are fast but in my opinion are not needed except for maybe comp. casting .... abec 5 are plenty good enough ... not sure if they are 3-10-4 .. I know the 7500's are .....
