Here in Columbia, SC, I have unlimited access to Blue Back Herring in Lake Murray where they were stocked years ago as forage for our Land Locked Stripped bass population. I can catch them free all day long with no limit or buy them for $5.00 a dozen live or $3.00 a dozen frozen at the lake marina 2 miles from my house.:)
So my question is can I obtain them here in Columbia and fish with them on the NC Coast or for that matter anywhere as long as I have a receipt of where I bought them?:confused:
Or are they forbidden to fish with no matter what?:mad:
