what does everyone think of maybe trying to get a BALL together for fishing? where everyone can meet up and chit chat with other board members that are in here. i have sent sandflea an email about this. i am just waiting for his reply. but have a ball at a hotel with drinking and music.
sponsors would have their auction on the side and eveyrone else can party. what does everyone think? please dont be mad sandflea if i sent this. i just want to know what everyone would think if we can put this together. like a FORMAL RECEPTION OR DINNER. well, what do you think? would you go?

Of course we can do it on the surf. i think that VIRGINIA is pretty central to everyone from up north and from down south. nothing too formal. i will arrange soemthing with a sister of ours. or hold it at the HILTON... god forbid my company hears about that. but Hilton is right on the beach. i will talk to some people to see if i can get a good discount first. i know i can get good deals here in my hotel but i am not Oceanfront. i will find out.

don't know what you're thinking VA is central to but if you're including the FL boys you better get a lot closer to the NC/SC line... that puts you mid way between southern PA/NJ and Orlando

btw im down. and agree to vabeach area being the best bet as far as location and maybe being able to catch a fish esp if RHF is organizing the event. I'm sure the va mods and others would be more than happy to help, and with this bunch your gonna need it!
