What knot would you use to connect 65lb Powerpro to 60lb mono leader? I feel comfortable tying the spider hitch to no-name knot but have never used braid before this trip. Thanks

I saw a knot called a sebile knot in another thread. I Googled it and it looks like a good knot. It's AKA chinese handcuffs. Take a look at it.

spider no-name will work great, and if you feel comfortable with it then that's what you should tie.

Yup!!! I use a uni to uni but you need to use what you are comfortable with. Learn some of the other knots and then practice them. You may then end up sticking with what you use now, or you may find a new favorite.
