Hi all,

I am new to this board and thought I'd chime in, say hello and introduce myself. My name is Erik and my family and I live in Oregon. We love to fish whenever we can make time. Have been to some nice fishing destinations, but have not yet made a trip over to the east coast to give it a go. (one of these days I hope) Within the last year, my wife Jacque and I were fortunate enough to aquire Harrington/Harnell from Jean Harrington and relocate the company to the Willamette Valley of Oregon. With the help of Jean, we are hopeful to have our facility fully functional by year end. If you'll allow a west coasty to do so, I hope to get to share stories and info with many of you on Pier and Surf.

Thanks, :D

...family EJHAR.

You are in a GREAT area-both for fishing AND for wine. I am a big-time wine lover, and the chards, pinot noirs, and pinot gris from the Willamette area are some of my faves. :D

Will be looking forward to your input here at
P & S.

You know it! I'm not much of a chard fan myself, but I do enjoy an occassional pinot. There seem to be more winerys opening every year in this area. Between the wine and microbrewed beers here.........Man!
