Well I finally caught the episode last night, well sort of, I fell asleep. But it was in the "Penguin" episode. There was a 14 min segment about catching blood worms in Maine. The guy who was catching them spoke about their bite and how catching them was a challenge. The bloods are mixed in with sand worms. They were being harvested i a wasy that was a cross between working a rice patty and clamming.

The guy who was working the worms, was earning $.25 each blood. So a mark up of $.75 from the harvester to the person selling them.

not a bad gig. Im going to move to Maine

But some of those bloods, were huge! one had to be over 16". They even sold bloods that were dead (ie with out heads).

Catch it if you can.

Last year, I was flipping over rocks looking for green craps in ocean city maryland and I stumbling into a good amount of blood worms under the rocks =)

What in the world are green craps?Sound like something that should be in a diper not under a rock.I'm serious.
