Help needed

I decided to take a bunch of co-workers fishing, and decided a headboat would be the best option since most of them dont fish on the regular. I live in baltimore, but will travel for a good time.. My question to you headboat guys is which headboat would give us the best chances of hooking up? I know it repends on what are of the bay we're fishing, but any help would be great..

Not sure when you are going, but right now you can load up on croaker and stripers from PAX south or even Ch Beach...and get cleaner water the further south you go. If you are going later in the summer you'll get those 2 species closer to your home. Any charter can catch em so I don't know who to recommend. If you wait even longer to late summer the blues should be thick from Ch Beach south unless we keep getting lots of rain.
