where do you get those plastic tubes that slide over the hooks? or the plastic protectors that snap over the entire trebble????

For my larger hand honed hooks.. i go to home depot or petsmart and get air tubing.. and cut it to lengths i need.
kinda like the stuff ya get on the storm shads.. lil drop of menhaden oil and they wont rust and have a skoshe of scent :D

Hey, that is a great idea!
I got a sack of the bonnets (filled up like half a shoebox) several years back from SportsmansGuide, and they were pretty cheap (compared to BPS and Cabelas). But I think that place gets things in "spurts." They don't have them now.
