A guy walks into a bar in Ann Arbor wearing a Michigan jersey and carrying a
cat that also has a Michigan jersey on with a little Wolverine helmet on his
head, too.
The guy says to the bartender, "Can my cat and I watch the Michigan game
here? My TV at home broke down and my cat and I always watch the game
together."
The bartender replies, "Normally, cats wouldn't be allowed in the bar, but
it's not very busy in here right now, so you and the cat can have a seat at
the end of the bar. But, if there's any trouble with you or the cat, I'll
have to ask you to leave."
The guy agrees, and he and his cat start watching the game. Pretty soon
Michigan manages to kick a field goal and the excited cat jumps up on the
bar, walks all the way down and gives everyone a high five.
The bartender says, "Hey, that's pretty cool! What does he do for a
touchdown?" The guys answers, "I don't know, I've only had him for 3 years."

I don't make it over to your end of the state very often (I work in SW Virginia), but I'd like to striper fish over that way sometime. I was over at Piankatank (spelling?) River CC a couple of years back for the VHSL state golf tourney, though. We can't do it on a football Saturday because I'll probably be at the game. :)

I'm guessing that was a typo. I wouldn't mind stripper fishing, but I don't know if the wife would go for that. HEHEHEHE

I would imagine we have a diverse group of college football fans here, and hopefully there'll be some discussions here in the "Lounge" on that. It's about time - my favorite time of the year. UT fans can be some of the worst at times. I just hope they don't start that Fulmer-bashing crap that was going on last year! I was glad he got a contract extension.

See You

Answer:

It takes 4! One to hold the pitcher, one to add the Gin and Vermouth, one to stir, and one to call "Daddy".:D

Ha Ha. Good One! Vandy jokes are always welcome.

Since you're a WV guy, I'm guessing Virginia Tech is your big rivalry? Or maybe Pitt? /duck

Here's one for you:

Did you hear what the average player at VPI (or insert rivalry school) got on his SAT?

Pitt is our big rival. "The Backyard Brawl" it's called. I do have a WV joke for you though:

The Computer Science Department at WVU developed a computer that could talk to someone based on their IQ. They decided to test it and got three students together to speak with the computer.

The first guy comes in and sits in front of the computer and the computer asks, "What's your IQ?" The student responds, "146." The computer says, "Great!!! We can discuss Einstein's Theory of Relativity." After a few moments, they finished their conversation and the student left.

The second student came in and the computer asks, "What's your IQ?" The student responds, "167," so the computer says, "Great, we can discuss Quantum Mechanics!" After about twenty minutes, they complete their discussion and the student departs.

The third student comes in and the computer asks, "What's your IQ." The student exclaims, "86!" The computer then asks, "How 'bout them 'eers?"

Hehehe. That's a good one. I think I'll pass that one along and use VPI, because I work with a bunch of Hokie fans.

I do, too. I have always liked Al Groh. If they could pull off an upset, it would be huge.
