I could go for some chocolate bacon. But I draw the line at chocolate scrambled eggs.

Then again...maybe some a few dashes of dark, unsweetened chocolate in the eggs with some chili......

anyone ever had grilled chocolate? you're thinking the same thing I did when I had a chef ask me to do it. :eek:

freeze it, mark it fast on a scorching hot grill, melt it down and dip away... it's awesome on chili peppers :D

freezing foie gras makes it easy to grill as well.
