I can't believe this is "legal"

I just came across this story. I have relatives in such facilities, and I think this is awful.

If they had done this to a relative of mine I can promise you that not one single tax payer's dollar whould be spent in the court system, and the problem WOULD be taken care of!

I can see why the charges were tossed out. Think it's stupid to ammend the law to apply to Nursing home staff though. They should just pass a law making it illegal to dishonor a a corpse. Heck, that crap goes on in Funeral Parlors as well.

Although the charges were tossed out and these women won't get into any trouble beyond being fired....there is still the Civil courts. If it was MY family member, I'd sue those three women into poverty.

My dad died in one of those homes. I am glad to say those people took good care of their patients. I would still be sueing those women.
